“When I was pregnant with my first child I decided to change the way I eat and began to load my body with lots of nutrition. I decided not to use any refined sugars and was conscious of only including non-GMO ingredients in my diet. In the kitchen, I wanted the ingredients I would use to be rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and omega 3 fatty acids. But most importantly, I believed that whatever I would make should never have to compromise amazing taste and quality!”
